The Parish Laity Council (PLC) in the Catholic Church in Nigeria is an organized body of lay faithful within the parish, dedicated to fostering active participation of the laity in the mission and life of the Church. It serves as a platform for collaboration among all lay organizations, associations, and individuals to promote unity, spiritual growth, and effective service in the parish community.
